Steven M. Sebold, CPA, Partner

Biography

Steve has over 35 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York. He works with closely held businesses in various industries, including distribution, contractors, professional services, and real estate. In addition to client services, Steve is responsible for the firm’s Quality Control, which oversees its accounting and auditing practice, as well as other administrative roles within the firm.

As part of the experienced team at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Steve offers his clients knowledgeable, personalized service and quick response to their issues. He takes a proactive approach to identify areas where clients can improve their tax or financial situation and helps them to plan for the future. Steve’s administrative roles within the firm have also given him hands-on experience in many aspects of running a business, so he understands the issues that business owners face, and works with clients to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

Before joining Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Steve spent three years in the auditing department of Arthur Young & Co. He joined Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP in 1980 and has been a partner with the firm since 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

For clients requiring additional services, Steve is licensed in life, health, and long-term insurance in New Jersey.

When he’s not busy at work, Steve enjoys traveling to new places, reading, and going to the theater. He is a dedicated Baltimore Ravens fan who likes to think that his first trek to a Ravens game in Baltimore was a “key factor” in helping his team win the Super Bowl in 2013. Steve lives with his wife and daughter in Monmouth County, NJ.
